Crafted in much the same way as our Cheddar, but made with whole milk and double milled to give that crumblier texture and distinctive creamy full flavour.
Details
The cheese will have a firm and slightly open texture which melts when worked in the hand. Through life the cheese will dry out slightly, increase in acidity and become more friable. The cheese will have a creamy rounded nutty flavour with slightly acidic finish. There will be no farmhouse or off flavours.
