Our Japanese A4 Wagyu Steak is not only marbled, but also packed with the distinctive umami flavor. Taken from either the top round, sirloin butt or gooseneck round of the cow. 200 grams thickness: approximately 6-8 mm. Suitable for yakiniku. The umami of Toriyama Umami Wagyu has a distinct, rich flavor owing to the balance of lean meat and fat, thus putting the flavor to the next level.

STORAGE INFORMATION
1. All chilled items purchased can be kept in a chiller for up to four days from the delivery date. Keep refrigerated Fresh 2 to 5 C.
2. Directly storing the items in your freezer upon delivery can lengthen the life span of the item, and can be thawed and consumed any time between 3 months.
