PREPARATION
Either pan fry or bake the Sole Fish fillet, then drench it with a simple brown butter or lemon caper sauce. For something more adventurous, pair it with sambal chili for a punch. Sole fillets cooks quickly so make sure you take it off the fire once a fork can enter the meat without resistance!
