Our exclusive Japanese Wagyu Steaks are cut from either the Shoulder Clod or Chuck Roll. These are premium cuts of Japanese Wagyu. Extremely marbled and packed with a distinctive umami flavour. Toriyama Umami Wagyu has a distinct, rich flavour owing to the balance of lean meat and fat, thus putting the flavour to the next level. 300 grams thickness: approx. 10-15 mm. Suitable for steaks.

STORAGE INFORMATION
1. All chilled items purchased can be kept in a chiller for up to four days from the delivery date. Keep refrigerated Fresh 2 to 5 C.
2. Directly storing the items in your freezer upon delivery can lengthen the life span of the item, and can be thawed and consumed any time between 3 months.
